Kim Harding is a legal professional with extensive experience in the field of litigation and labor employment. Since July 2013, Kim has served as Deputy Leader of the Litigation Department and Partner at Nixon Peabody LLP, following a tenure as an Associate in the same practice area. Prior to this role, Kim worked as an Associate at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from September 2011 to July 2013, having gained initial experience as a Summer Associate at the firm in 2010. Kim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Syracuse University.
