Andrew Allison is a Coastal Adaptation Scientist and Coastal Scientist at NIWA, focusing on resilience research. As National Regional Coordinator and Auckland Regional Representative for the New Zealand Coastal Society, Andrew organizes events and webinars. Previous roles include Chapter Development Officer for JCI New Zealand and several positions at The University of Auckland, where research was conducted under various National Science Challenges. Andrew holds a PhD and multiple degrees in Geography, Environmental Management, and related fields from The University of Auckland.
