Marilia Ceolin Camargo is a Process Safety Engineer at Nitro since February 2022, leading Hazop analyses alongside LOPA at the São Miguel Paulista site and actively participating in Management of Change analyses for sites in São Miguel Paulista and Cesário Lange. Previously, Marilia worked at Votorantim Cimentos as a Process Assistant, focusing on mapping, diagnosing, and improving operational processes and projects within the concrete segment, as well as developing user experience-focused applications and KPIs. Marilia also gained valuable experience as a Process Intern, generating KPI reports and supporting product enhancements. Earlier, at Itaú Unibanco, Marilia contributed as a Middle Office Intern in the Private Bank sector, enhancing process excellence through the development of quality tools and process mapping. Marilia's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of São Paulo and various specializations in project management, innovation, sustainability, and process safety.
