Kaisa Halmetoja is a Senior Designer at Nitor since October 2022, with a strong background in UX design and product growth. Prior to Nitor, Kaisa served as a UX Designer and Lead of the Conversion and Retention Team at Sharetribe Ltd from October 2018 to September 2022, contributing to the development of a headless API-first solution for small entrepreneurs, which achieved over 1 million MRR. Kaisa also gained experience as a UX Designer at Finago from May 2015 to October 2018, focusing on creating intuitive tools for accounting professionals. Earlier roles include a Communications Assistant at Fingrid Oyj, a Salesperson at Stockmann, a Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach, and a Care Worker in Espoon kaupunki. Kaisa holds a Master’s Degree in Information Networks from Aalto University and a Master's Degree Minor in Industrial Engineering and Innovation Management from Eindhoven University of Technology.
