Vrinda Khattar is currently a Doctoral Scholar at both the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and NITIE since August 2020. Prior to this, Vrinda held significant roles such as Human Resources Director at Jagriti Yatra and Steering Committee Member at Museum Volunteers of Philippines. Vrinda's early career includes positions as Director at The Writer’s Bug, Visiting Faculty at Somaiyya Institute of Management Studies and Research, and Assistant Professor at TISS. Additionally, Vrinda served as Regional HR Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Assistant Manager at Coca-Cola India. Academically, Vrinda holds a Master’s degree in PMIR from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from NIT Jalandhar.
