Jim Dunn

Director of Channel Sales at Nitel

Jim Dunn has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Starting in 1980, they served as a Specialist in the US Army until 1985. Jim then worked at Verizon Business from 1995 to 2011, where they held various positions such as Sales Manager, Sr Sales Manager, and finally Sr Manager Professional Services. At Verizon, they focused on developing opportunities with Carriers, Vendors, and Large Enterprise clients in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. From 2011 to 2015, Jim worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at MEC Telematik. Jim then joined Masergy in 2015 as a Global Account Manager - Channel Sales, where they assisted large enterprise customers in implementing Cloud and Hybrid Networking solutions. In 2017, Jim transitioned to TPx Communications as a Channel Sales Manager, staying until 2022. Following TPx, they joined Fusion Connect as a Sr Channel Manager for 2022. Currently, Jim works at Extenet as a Channel Sales Manager starting in 2023.

Jim Dunn attended SUNY Westchester Community College from 1981 to 1982. Jim then went on to study at the University at Albany, SUNY from 1982 to 1985. No specific degree or field of study was provided for either educational institution.
