Michael Woods currently serves as a Senior Technical Services Analyst at Nitec Solutions since July 2023. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated nearly nine years of experience at Apple, advancing from Technical Specialist to Lead Genius and Genius. Earlier in Michael’s career, a position as Customer Technical Support was held at Santander UK from August 2013 to July 2014. Michael is also pursuing a BSc in Computing & IT at The Open University, expected to complete in June 2026, and holds a Higher National Diploma in Music Technology from Southern Regional College, as well as a CertHE in Computing from Ulster University.
