Tezeswi Tadepalli started their work experience as a Junior Consultant at Reynold Consulting Engineers in 2000. They then worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Mississippi from 2005 to 2007, where they conducted studies on seismically designed structures and developed Matlab code for structural analysis. In 2008, Tezeswi became a Senior Engineer at Hinman Consulting Engineers before transitioning to the role of Project Engineer/Post Doc at NEESit, UCSD. They were responsible for coordinating between NEESit and Earthquake Engineering researchers and conducting training and outreach activities. Tezeswi also worked as a Post Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Mississippi from 2009 to 2013, focusing on experimental and computational research in characterizing high strain rate and shock response of composite panels. In 2013, they became an Assistant Professor (Research) at the Dept of Mech. Engg., University of Mississippi, where their responsibilities included experimental characterization and analytical modeling of materials and structures. In 2014, Tezeswi joined NIT Warangal as an Assistant Professor, teaching various courses and guiding projects. They are currently an Associate Professor at NIT Warangal. Additionally, Tezeswi has been a Member of the Expert Panel at TechCast since 2011, where they generate estimates and forecast breakthroughs in technology fields.

Tezeswi Tadepalli has a strong education background in the field of engineering. They started their education journey at Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1984 to 1996, where they completed their 10+2 education in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Following this, Tezeswi attended Karnatak University from 1996 to 2000 and obtained a B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.

Tezeswi continued their education at the University of Mississippi's School of Engineering from 2001 to 2003, where they specialized in Structural Mechanics and Earthquake Engineering and earned an MS degree. Later, they pursued a PhD in Structural Engineering at the University of Mississippi from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their academic degrees, Tezeswi Tadepalli also holds a certification in FE (Fundamental of Engineering) obtained in the year 2004, although the institution and exact month of obtaining the certification were not provided.
