Subramanyam B. has a diverse work experience in the field of data engineering. In 2011, they started as a Datastage Developer at Kirkland's and then moved on to work as a Datastage Developer at TIAA from September 2011 to February 2013. Subsequently, they joined Citizens Financial Group, Inc. as a DataStage Developer from March 2013 to August 2016.

In 2016, Subramanyam joined MGM Resorts International where they held the roles of Sr Data Integration Developer and ETL Lead from November 2016 to December 2020. During their time at MGM Resorts International, they were responsible for leading ETL projects and data integration.

Currently, Subramanyam serves as a Lead Data Engineer at Nisum, starting from August 2021. As a Lead Data Engineer, they apply their expertise and skills to oversee data engineering projects and ensure the successful execution of data integration and processing tasks.

Subramanyam B. holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including "Remote Work Foundations" from LinkedIn in August 2020, "Learning from Failure" from LinkedIn in December 2019, "Embracing Change" from LinkedIn in December 2018, "Managing Organizational Change for Managers" from LinkedIn in December 2018, and "IBM Certified Solution Developer - InfoSphere DataStage v8.0" from IBM in May 2011.
