Maria Margarita Castro currently serves as the Country Head for Colombia at Nisum since January 2022, in addition to holding the position of Socio gerente general at Blue Horizon SAS since October 2020. Maria has extensive experience in senior leadership roles, including Socio gerente at C3 from September 2018 to January 2022 and Commercial VP/Director at Sodexo Servicios de Beneficios e Incentivos from January 2017 to August 2018, where leadership of a 40+ associate sales team was a key responsibility. Maria also held the role of VP of Business Development and Sales for Latam at Sodexo from May 2011 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, a degree in Gerencia de Mercadeo Estrategico from CESA, an Economics degree from Universidad de Los Andes, and a course in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management.
