Nicolas BELAUD is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry with extensive experience in aftersales management and marketing. Currently serving as Director of Aftersales at Nissan Motor Great Britain, Nicolas previously held roles such as Vice President of Aftersales at Nissan Motor Thailand and General Manager of Aftersales for the Asia Pacific region. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Aftersales Director for Parts & Service at Sodicam² - Groupe Renault and various positions at Renault and Renault Retail Group, including Head of BtoC Aftersales Marketing and Head of Service. Academically, Nicolas holds a Master of Business with a specialization in Industrial Marketing from KEDGE Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Paris-Sud University.
