Ahmed Naga has a robust background in engineering and process improvement, with over 15 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the MSPO, APW, IE, KAIZEN Shop Assistant Manager at Nissan Motor Corporation since January 2018, Ahmed focuses on creating and monitoring annual objectives and setting KPI targets. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Industrial Methods Engineer at SCHNEIDER Electric, where leadership of a team to enhance manufacturing processes and productivity was key, as well as a Senior Process Engineer at LEONI Wiring Systems, overseeing engineering activities for Aston Martin projects. Earlier roles involved marketing and development at Petrolift, and internships at Omni Oil Technologies provided foundational insights into manufacturing processes. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Cairo University and an I.G.C.S.E. from Manor House School.
