Pradeep Gabriel currently serves as the Horizontal Lead for Program QA at NiSource, overseeing more than 10 QA teams within a major transformation initiative that includes the implementation of Salesforce Field Services, SAP Hana, and Lemur. Previous roles at NiSource encompass Program QA Lead for CPG Separation and Workday Implementation, as well as Deployment and Hypercare Lead during the NiSource website re-write and Ariba Implementation. Pradeep Gabriel's background also includes substantial experience in release and project management, along with serving as a QA Lead in the IT Applications Tower. Prior to NiSource, Pradeep Gabriel worked at Fifth Third Bank, holding positions ranging from Program QA Lead to Automation Software Test Engineer. Academically, Pradeep Gabriel earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from Karnataka State Open University and a Bachelor of Science in Computers, Mathematics, and Statistics from Christ University, Bangalore.
