Kenneth McCambridge, MBA, currently serves as the Change Management Delivery Lead at NiSource, a position held since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Change Management Specialist at Elsevier from May 2022 to April 2023, and as Director of Partnerships and Development at Back2Back Ministries between January 2019 and January 2022, where a multicultural and bilingual team was led to foster significant partnerships and drive organizational improvements. Additionally, Kenneth worked as a Digital Marketing Manager at Robinia Creative Group from September 2016 to January 2019, overseeing multi-channel digital marketing efforts. Early in professional development, Kenneth contributed to athletics as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Mount Vernon Nazarene University from September 2015 to May 2016. Kenneth holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, both from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
