Cheryl Thrift has extensive experience in right-of-way project management, having held multiple roles since December 1991 at Columbia Pipeline Group, Columbia Gas Transmission, and NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage, where Cheryl serves as ROW Project Manager and ROW Program Manager. Prior to this, Cheryl worked as a Project Engineer at GAI Consultants, Inc. from 1988 to 1991 and as a Highway Engineer for the West Virginia Department of Transportation from 1980 to 1988. Cheryl earned a degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, completing studies between 1976 and 1980.
