Cate P. serves as the Vice President of Operations at the Nisga'a Group since July 2021, overseeing a portfolio of companies and joint ventures that provide services to the federal government. Previously, Cate P. was the Owner of Pearson Security Services, offering consulting expertise to government contractors. With a robust background in operations management, Cate P. held various roles at Nisga'a Data Systems, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Business Operations, where strategic planning and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes leading multiple projects at Booz Allen Hamilton and serving as a Captain in the Virginia Army National Guard, notably in engineering and intelligence roles. Cate P. holds a BA in Anthropology from Davidson College and an MS in Environmental Management and Policy from the American Public University System.
