Jensen Purnama is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Nirvana since September 2022. Previously, Jensen held the position of Breakfast Chef at Corner House from May 2020 to October 2022 and worked as a Sous Chef at The Place With No Name Restaurant from June 2019 to April 2020. Earlier roles include Line Cook at Gurney's Newport Resort & Marina and Stratton Mountain Resort, as well as Cook positions at Quest San Denpasar and Maya Ubud Resort and Spa Bali. Jensen holds a D3 degree in Management Culinary from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bali International, completed between 2014 and 2017.
