Dan Rodenhaver currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at NIRSense Inc since May 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held the position of CEO at Meru Biotechnologies from August 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included fundraising, contract negotiations, talent acquisition, and operational management. Dan also has experience as Managing Director at The Fahrenheit Group and as Founder/President of Forge Medical, LLC, a medical devices distribution company. Earlier in their career, Dan worked at Stryker as Regional Manager and Sales Representative for Stryker CMF, achieving significant sales growth. Dan's military background includes serving as a Combat Engineer Officer in the US Marine Corps during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Dan holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.
