Narathorn Munsuvarn is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Data Analyst Manager for South Asia and Oceania at NIPPON EXPRESS GROUP since June 2023, overseeing data analytics activities, solution development, and implementation of machine learning initiatives. Previously, Narathorn led the data analytics team at Jitta, where responsibilities included executing personalized marketing campaigns and developing data-driven solutions that improved operational efficiency. Past roles also encompass positions at dtac as a Data Scientist Assistant Manager, where Narathorn contributed to fraud detection and customer behavior analysis through advanced machine learning techniques, and teaching roles at Chulalongkorn University, delivering courses on SQL and Python.
