Kenneth Mansir Jr., PE, GE, serves as the Managing Principal Engineer at Ninyo & Moore, a position held since April 2002. Prior to this role, Kenneth was a Senior Staff Engineer at Anthony Taylor Consultants from 1998 to 2002 and worked as a Staff Engineer at Western Laboratories between 1996 and 1998. Kenneth completed educational studies at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
