Kari Knutson is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in tax management and accounting. Currently serving as Tax Controller at Nintex since October 2020, Kari has previously held significant positions including Assistant Controller at K2 from February 2009 to October 2020, and Assistant Controller roles at Insightful Corporation and Loudeye Corp. Prior experience includes serving as Accounting Manager at Primus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. and Staff Accountant at Berntson Porter & Company, PLLC. Kari holds an MBA in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in French Language and Literature and Mathematics from St. Olaf College.
