Sako Eaton is an experienced program manager currently at Nintendo since May 2012, overseeing a team of UX and localization specialists in various functions such as translation, research, and project management. Previous roles include senior project manager focusing on machine translation integration and technical localization lead managing translation workflows for product development. Prior to Nintendo, Sako held several positions at Canon, Inc. and RICOH Company Limited, developing technical documentation, conducting translation quality analysis, and implementing consumer sentiment analytics. Sako holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Technology Management and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with International Studies from Ohio University. Additionally, Sako has obtained a certificate in Python programming from the University of Washington.
