Ramsay Eltaher is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in product management and operations within the cybersecurity and IT services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Client & Product Operations at NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training, Ramsay leads a team focused on launching innovative cybersecurity SaaS products and enhancing customer experiences. Previously, at NexusTek, Ramsay held multiple roles including Vice President of Product Management, where responsibility encompassed an IT service catalog and P&L for numerous managed services. Additional leadership positions at NexusTek included Sr. Director of Sales and Director of Technology Consulting. Ramsay's career began as Co-founder and Software Architect at Apption Software, which successfully developed AI software products. Educationally, Ramsay holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.
