Dippu Kumar is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in backend development and technical leadership. Currently employed as a Senior Backend Engineer at Ninja Van since January 2023, Dippu previously held various positions including Assistant Manager at Xiaomi India from September 2018 to January 2023, Technical Team Lead at Lazada from July 2017 to August 2018, and Software Development Engineer at Qustn Technologies from August 2015 to July 2017. Early career experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at Micromax Informatics Ltd and Aspire IT Services, as well as a Web Developer at Jayintech InfoSolution Pvt. Ltd.
