Dean Chen has extensive work experience in the field of mobile development. Dean began their career in 1999 at Cisco Systems as a Technical Leader, Software. In 2012, they founded Rabbit Imaginarium and served as a Mobile App Developer. In 2013, they co-founded Gogifter, a one-stop solution for giving and receiving group gifts. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at MedHelp as a Mobile Developer and at NimbleRx as a Mobile Lead Engineer and Senior iOS Software Engineer. Currently, they are a Mobile Developer at Aptus Health.

Dean Chen obtained a Masters of Engineering in EECS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In June 2021, they also obtained a Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification from ProTrainings.
