Raul Tovar has extensive experience in technical support and revenue cycle management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Manager of Technical Support at National Medical Billing Services since February 2012, Raul focuses on providing outsourcing services for ambulatory surgery centers and their affiliated surgeons. Prior to this role, Raul was a Technical Support Specialist at Office Ally from January 2008 to September 2011, where responsibilities included training customers on electronic medical records and billing software, as well as assisting users with the setup of various practice management software across different platforms. Raul attended San Diego Mesa Community College from 2002 to 2004 and studied at Cal State Long Beach from 2000 to 2002.
