Pradeep M L has extensive experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the electrical and agriculture industries. Pradeep is currently a Co-Founder at NimbleGrowth Organics®, where they are responsible for creating market opportunities for organic farmers and blending technology with agriculture. Prior to this, Pradeep worked at Havells India Ltd for several years, holding various positions such as AGM, Senior Manager, and Manager in sales and marketing. During their time at Havells, they successfully headed the sales of different divisions, including Domestic Switchgears, Flexible Cable, and Crabtree Electrical Wiring accessories and Lighting control products. Pradeep has also worked at Crabtree India as a Sales Engineer, where they handled project and institution sales. Additionally, they have held marketing executive positions at CONA INDUSTRIES and Electro Controls. Pradeep's experience showcases their expertise in developing trade networks, achieving record-high sales, and executing prestigious projects.

Pradeep M L pursued a Diploma in Computer Science from Sahyadri Polytechnic, Thirthahalli, from 1997 to 2000.
