Prior roles include Recreation Specialist at All Recreation, Business Development Manager at Go Ape!, and Manager of Sales Operations at Innovative Therapies, Inc., where leadership and customer service excellence were paramount. Charles began their career managing accounts at CQ Roll Call Group and has also held positions in insurance and vehicle rental management.
