Victor Lam is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in partner management and systems engineering. Currently serving as the Partner Director for the West at Nile since October 2022, Victor plays a key role in driving secure connectivity solutions. As an Advisory Council Member for California State University, Chico, since November 2021, Victor collaborates with industry leaders to enhance engineering programs. Previously at Cisco for over 22 years, Victor held various leadership positions, driving partner enablement and supporting significant business growth across the Americas. Victor's early career included roles at Portal Software and Ernst & Young, where project management and technical consulting were prominent. Victor holds a Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
