Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Amazon as a Sr. Product Manager, Search Science & AI, where they identified customer requirements to improve the shopping experience using scalable machine learning solutions. Additionally, they evaluated emerging technologies and led the development of product roadmaps. Jennifer also holds various roles at Cisco, including Sr. Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Delivery Executive, and Senior Operations Manager, where they gained experience in big data analytics, IoT, consulting services, web collaboration, and support website management. Overall, Jennifer has a strong background in leveraging AI and ML techniques, identifying customer requirements, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Jennifer Evans completed their education at various institutions. Jennifer obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2008 to 2011.
