Hailai Arghandiwal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the sports and marketing industries. Currently serving as a SNKRS Technical Producer at Nike, Hailai manages production for North America SNKRS, focusing on marketing and business initiatives. Hailai's background includes roles such as Associate Product Line Manager for Women's FW Classics Running at Stretch and Project Manager for seasonal content at SNKRS Digital Content Publisher through ETW - Insight Global. Hailai is also a Board Member for Oakland Genesis, a nonprofit supporting disadvantaged youth, and has played professionally for teams in Germany and Italy, becoming the first Afghan American in both leagues. With a degree in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship from Santa Clara University, Hailai combines a strong educational foundation with a commitment to promoting diversity and empowering women in sports.
