Don Webber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, performance management, and operations leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Intelligence and Reporting at Nike since April 2013, Don focuses on enhancing supply chain effectiveness through integrated data products and performance management initiatives. Prior to Nike, Don held various leadership roles at Vestas, including Manager of Performance Management, where strategic programs were developed to improve wind turbine operations across the Americas. Previous experience also includes significant positions at Harsco Rail and Global Railway Industries, alongside foundational roles in the mechanical and construction sectors. Don holds multiple educational credentials, including an Executive Business Management Certificate from Stanford University and a Balanced Scorecard Professional Certificate from The George Washington University.
