Bridget Cotton has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Retail Head Coach/Territory Training Manager for Nike since August 1998, where responsibilities include onboarding new leadership and driving consistent sales growth in the Northeast Territory. Previously, as the Regional Area Manager for Levi Strauss & Co. from February 1997 to August 1998, Bridget managed six locations with a total sales volume of $10 million, focusing on profit goals and leadership development. Earlier experience at Neiman Marcus, Inc. as Department Manager included significant sales increases and oversight of staff recruitment and training. Bridget holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
