Alina B. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design strategy and brand development. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation Insights and Strategy at Nike since January 2018, Alina also holds the position of Visiting Mentor in Human Centered Design at Whitman College. Previous roles include Director of Design Insights and Trends at Ziba Design, Principal Designer for Research & Strategy at IDEO, and Brand Strategist at several prominent agencies including Goodby Silverstein and Partners and Pereira & O'Dell. Alina's early career included strategic roles at EVB and Venables Bell and Partners, along with writing and consulting for RVA Magazine. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Communications Strategy from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in English and Rhetoric from Whitman College, complemented by a Certificate in Data Analytics from General Assembly.
