Han Folkerts has extensive experience in project development and real estate, currently serving as Projectontwikkelaar at Nijestee since May 2017. Prior to this role, Han held positions at Gemeente Groningen as an Adviseur in the Vastgoedmanagement department and at Van Wijnen as both Assistent projectontwikkelaar and Trainee projectontwikkelaar. Han's career began with various roles in traineeships and internships, including a position as Trainee projectleider at Lefier and multiple trainee positions at Van Wijnen. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Hanze.
