Satyen Sardar has worked in the field of operations and journalism. satyen began their career in 1995 at Ganashakti, where they served as a Reporter and Sub Editor. In 2012, they joined Nightstar Partners as an Operations Officer.

Satyen Sardar received a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from A P C Roy Polytechnic from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Jadavpur High School from 1981 to 1987.
