Elina Käsnänen has held various roles throughout their work experience. Elina began their career at Bestseller Retail Finland Oy, where they worked in sales from January 2013 to October 2014. Elina then worked at the University of Jyväskylä as a research assistant from October 2014 to December 2015, and later as a research coordinator from January 2016 to April 2016. From May 2016 to April 2018, Elina was a professional volleyball player and project manager at LP Viesti Salo ry. Elina also served as the executive director of the organization from March 2018 to October 2018. Elina then had an internship as a trainee at the Finnish National Agency for Education from May 2017 to August 2017. In October 2019, they joined Nightingale Health as an experience manager, and later became the experience and recruitment manager in October 2019. Finally, in March 2021, Elina assumed the role of head of people at Nightingale Health, where they are currently employed.
Elina Käsnänen completed their Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from the University of Jyväskylä from 2012 to 2016. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Adult Education, also from the University of Jyväskylä, from 2016 to 2019.
