Charlene Hamm is an accomplished producer with extensive experience in the gaming and esports industries. Currently employed as a Producer at Night School: A Netflix Game Studio since April 2024, Charlene previously served as Lead Producer at Exploding Kittens, Inc., where responsibilities included expanding the digital games catalog and overseeing project tracking across multiple live and in-production games. With a background that includes leading operations at PlayVS, where over 200 live broadcasts and tournaments were executed, Charlene is skilled in cross-functional team leadership, project management, and user experience optimization.
