Naliba Mamman is an accomplished professional in the petroleum sector, currently serving as the Team Lead for Environmental Studies and Sustainability and Chief Regulatory Officer for Gas and Renewable Energy at the Nigerian Midstream And Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority since January 2019. Previously, Naliba held the position of Deputy Chief Regulatory Officer for Gas and Renewable Energy at the Petroleum Products Pricing Regulatory Agency from March 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included establishing methodologies for tariff determination and staff capacity development. Naliba's extensive career also includes roles such as HSE Officer, Research Officer, and a Drilling Fluids Engineering Trainee, demonstrating a diverse skill set in the field. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Oil and Gas Management with distinction from Coventry University and a B.Tech in Applied Geology from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University.
