Kumar Sushil began their work experience in 2011 as a Process Associate at GENPACT. From there, they joined Tata Consultancy Services in 2013 as a Senior Market Research Analyst, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they worked at Vodafone Global Enterprise as a Webchat & Technical Support Executive for a few months. Later in 2017, they joined Thar Shipping Lines LLP as an Assistant Manager until 2018. Since 2018, Kumar has been working at NielsenIQ, initially as a Data Processing Specialist and currently as an Operations Team Lead.
Kumar Sushil earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Rajasthan from 2007 to 2011. Kumar also has additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Lean from Genpact and NielsenIQ.
