Ayah Abdallah is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success analytics and management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Customer Success Analytics at NielsenIQ since May 2024, Ayah has also held the position of Customer Experience Manager at GO Digital Services since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Ayah managed the Orooma Conference 2021 project at OROOMA, aligning program design with strategic goals. Ayah's career at Sudani spanned over five years, where various responsibilities included Customer Value Management Team Leader and specialist roles. Ayah also contributed to the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community as a Research Chapter Lead and served as a collaborative tutor in Statistics Science at the University of Khartoum. Early in the career, Ayah gained foundational experience as a Business Excellence Trainee at Zain Sudan. Ayah graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Khartoum in 2015.
