Raquel Laguerre is a Talent & Development Specialist at Nielsen, overseeing the management and coordination of leadership development programs aimed at enhancing manager skills globally. Since August 2022, Raquel has restructured application and selection processes, rebranded internal career development initiatives, and facilitated numerous training workshops for employees. Prior to this role, Raquel served as a Casting Associate at Peloton Interactive, where responsibilities included sourcing high-potential fitness talent and supporting the launch of an Instructor Development Program. Raquel's professional journey also includes a two-year HR rotational program at Nielsen and various internships with organizations such as Creative Artists Agency and Discovery Inc. Raquel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania.
