Rachel Krause is a seasoned user experience professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Specialist at Nielsen Norman Group since April 2018, Rachel previously held the position of User Experience Specialist within the same organization. Prior to this, Rachel contributed as a User Experience Engineer at Concurrency, Inc., where consultation on multiple client projects and assessment of UX needs were key responsibilities. Additionally, Rachel worked as a UX/UI Designer at Centare, enhancing user interactions through user interviews and collaborative design sessions. Rachel's early career included graphic design roles at Davidson Marketing Group, C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions, and Cardinal Stritch University, where promotional materials and web-based user interfaces were designed. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Cardinal Stritch University.
