Ingrid Jutte is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head of People at Nido since February 2024, Jutte previously held the position of Group People & Organisation Director at Dayes from 2022 to 2023. From 2016 to 2022, Jutte was Vice President of Human Resources at VISUfarma, a European ophthalmic pharmaceutical company. Earlier experience includes HR consultancy at FrieslandCampina and numerous leadership positions at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities spanned global HR management, change leadership, and strategic HR M&A initiatives. Ingrid Jutte holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in HR and Organizational Development from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
