Théophile Agresti currently serves as the Head of Field Operations at Equip Sport and holds the position of COO and Co-founder at WasteFlow since October 2023. With experience in research and development at Nidecker Group, where responsibilities included roles as Ingenieur recherche/développement and Research And Development Intern, Théophile has a strong background in technical and operational roles. Previous positions include IT Help Desk Support Coach at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, Skis R&D at blackcrows, and Team Manager, Micro-controller Developer at LYF Rescue Drone. Théophile Agresti obtained a Master's degree in Management, Technologies, and Economy from ETH Zürich in 2023 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from EPFL, completed in 2020.
