The company’s products include vertical and fine pitch vertical probe cards, spring-pin probe cards for Wafer Level Chip Scale Packaging (WLCSP), cantilever probe cards (including cards for CMOS Image Sensors and LCDs), blade cards, motherboards, and innovative probe materials that extend probe card life. It also offers printed circuit board design and fabrication services, including digital, analog, mixed signal, memory boards, and multilayer printed circuit boards. The company was acquired by Nidec-Read Corporation on October 31, 2017.
