Nickel Asia Corporation is a producer of lateritic nickel ore. The Company is engaged in the business of mining of various kinds of ore, metals and minerals and in the business of generation, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity to cities and other localities and to the public in general. The Company's segments include mining, power and services. The mining segment is engaged in the mining and exploration of nickel saprolite and limonite ore and limestone. The power segment is engaged in power generation. The services segment is engaged in the chartering out of landing craft transport (LCT), construction and rendering of services to Coral Bay Nickel Corporation (CBNC) and Taganito HPAL Nickel Corporation (THNC). The Company is engaged in investing in and holding of assets. The Company sells three types of limonite: mid-grade, high-iron and low-grade. It has approximately five properties in various stages of exploration for nickel.
