Rob McDiarmid currently serves as Vice President at Fashion Nova since July 2024 and holds advisory positions at MyBarks and Elk Head Clothing. As Chair of the Board of Advisors Acceleration Committee at Nichols College, Rob also contributes as a member of the Board of Advisors. Previous experience includes a Vice President role at Ross Stores, Inc. and a successful tenure at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., where responsibilities encompassed multiple merchandising and licensing roles. Rob's background in the fashion industry is further strengthened by leadership positions at Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, as well as foundational experience at TJX. A graduate of Nichols College, Rob holds a BSBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
