Tommaso Mauro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and business development across various technology and customer engagement companies. Currently serving as the Strategic Account Director at NICE since March 2024, Tommaso previously held the position of Global Client Director at Braze and Global Account Director roles at Sprinklr and Salesforce. Tommaso began their career as an International Sales & Business Development Executive at Vocaltec Communications and has a foundational background as a Management Consultant at MetLife.
