Mateo Serna Narváez is an experienced software engineer currently serving as a Group Lead in Engineering at NICE since August 2024. Previously, Mateo held the positions of Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Playvox from February 2021 to October 2024. Mateo began professional development at Integrando Ltda. from February 2018 to February 2021 as a software development engineer, leading efforts in the full app lifecycle utilizing Python/Django and Javascript/VueJS, while also integrating tools like Elasticsearch, Sentry, Celery, and Redis. Additional roles include Design/Software Engineer at Esvyda! Inc., where Mateo contributed to web platform development using Python/Django and Javascript/AngularJS, and Software Developer positions at Hospitec S.A.S. and Comfamiliar Risaralda, focusing on PHP frameworks.
